Weidmuller ZQV 4N/4 1527970000 Cross-connector

Weidmuller ZQV 4N series are plug-in insulated cross connectors designed for modular terminal blocks with a 6.10 mm pitch, used to evenly distribute potentials across adjacent terminals and eliminate redundant wiring work. The ZQV 4N/3 variant featured here is orange, 3-pole, rated at 32 A and 400 V, constructed from flame-retardant Wemid material with UL 94 V-0 classification. Fully RoHS compliant without exemptions and REACH SVHC-free, it supports an extensive operating temperature span from -60 °C to 130 °C, alongside storage temperatures ranging from -25 °C to 55 °C. This cross connector has passed explosion testing and maintains reliable contact performance even when partial breakout of contact elements occurs (limited to 60% for thermal and structural stability). Note that cutting the cross connector with bare cut edges lowers its rated voltage to 25 V, while intact units retain the standard 400 V rating.
