    Weidmuller trip amplifiers, mainly including ACT20P and WAZ6 TTA series, are compact DIN-rail mounted signal monitoring modules for industrial process control. They detect analog signals like voltage, current, PT100 temperature and resistance, triggering relay switch outputs once measured values exceed preset thresholdsWeidmüller.
    Core strengths lie in integrated galvanic isolation, flexible PC programmable parameter setup and wide working temperature from -40℃ to 70℃Weidmüller. Most versions support push-in or screw wiring and dual relay alarm outputs with adjustable hysteresisWeidmüller. Certified with ATEX and UL standards, some variants fit hazardous explosion-proof zonesWeidmüller.
    Widely deployed in chemical, machinery and power industries for pump overload protection, temperature overrun alert and pipeline pressure limit monitoring to secure automated production lines.
