Where do the cables go? Industrial production companies generally have no answer to this question. High-temperature polymerization

As a result, the molecules in the ink condense into long and stable ink chains, and this reaction is mainly triggered by infrared light and high temperature. After the above treatment, the mark will become washable and rub-resistant, and can resist corrosion from gasoline, drilling oil, hand sweat, acetone, various solvents, cleaning agents, and chemicals.

Perfect speed control
Previously, the printing unit and the fixing unit were controlled independently, and their speeds deviated from the set point by up to 20%. With the new FAULHABER motor, there is no need for compensation and no additional adjustments during transportation. Now the two can run smoothly because the two motors in the "printing and fixing" area are exactly the same, ensuring a smooth transition of transportation without additional support.
