Champion Door aims to develop a comprehensive intelligent remote control system for modern hangar doors. By integrating IoT, sensor technology, and automation, it enables efficient, secure, and convenient management of hangar doors and industrial doors worldwide.
Remote Intelligent Control Beyond Spatial Constraints
In this collaboration, WAGO, leveraging its PFC200 edge controller and the WAGO Cloud platform, has built a comprehensive intelligent system for Champion Door encompassing "end-edge-cloud," seamlessly transitioning from local control to global operations.
The WAGO PFC200 controller and edge computer form the "brain" of the system, connecting directly to the cloud (such as Azure and Alibaba Cloud) via the MQTT protocol to enable real-time monitoring of hangar door status and remote command issuance. Users can open and close doors, manage permissions, and even view historical operating curves via a mobile app, eliminating traditional on-site operation.
