Combined with the above optimization measures and the selection of outer boxes of appropriate size, the packaging volume and weight of 27 hot-selling products were greatly reduced, and the logistics material utilization rate was improved.
This change brought clear and visible economic benefits to customers, and it is expected to reduce the freight of finished products by 52% and the storage cost of finished products by 30%.
With the overall improvement of logistics efficiency, the use of packaging-related materials has been reduced by 45%, and the logistics loading weight has also been reduced accordingly; not only the volume utilization rate of product packaging boxes has been improved, but also the number of logistics trips in the raw material transportation stage has been reduced.
